Our Approach
Every carpet and fabric is different.
Before carrying out any work we assess the carpet or upholstery type, its condition and any specific areas that need attention.
Different fabrics require different cleaning methods, particularly with upholstery where colour, material and previous treatments can vary.
We use professional equipment and carefully selected cleaning products, including Njord solutions, to clean fibres effectively while protecting the material.

How to Request a Quote
To provide an accurate quote we ask customers to send a few quick details before confirming a booking.
When requesting a quote we will ask for:
• The number of carpeted areas or upholstery items
• Recent photographs of the carpets or furniture
• Close-up photos of upholstery fabric and labels where possible
• Your postcode
• Preferred dates for the clean
Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll confirm availability and send your quote.
Deposits & Payment
To secure an appointment we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is paid on completion of the clean before we leave, including any additional work identified, required and authorised by the customer on site.
Optional treatments such as stain protection can also be added on the day if required.
Optional Stain Protection
Following cleaning, carpets or upholstery can be treated with Asgard stain protection.
This optional treatment helps provide additional resistance to spills and everyday wear, helping fabrics stay cleaner for longer.
Before Your Appointment
To help the cleaning process run smoothly we ask customers to:
• Remove small or personal items from the area
• Ensure access to the property and parking nearby for equipment
• If the property is within a tall building, lift access is required
We will move lighter furniture where necessary but cannot move extremely heavy items.
Drying times vary depending on fabric type, ventilation and the level of cleaning required. We use a minimum-water cleaning method to avoid over-saturation, but generally recommend allowing around 24 hours for full drying, with good ventilation where possible.
